New collaboration includes a future ClearChoiceMD walk-in center in Nashua to improve access to high-quality, accessible urgent care while supporting continuity and coordination across providers.
Nashua, New Hampshire – ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care and St. Joseph Hospital announced they had entered a new clinical affiliation. The partnership promotes collaboration and coordination across healthcare settings to ensure greater continuity of care for patients in the greater Nashua region.
“We are creating a new integrated care option for patients in the Nashua community to help make high-quality healthcare more efficient, accessible, and convenient. With more people gravitating to an urgent care setting as a first stop when they need care, our new clinical affiliation with St. Joseph Hospital will ensure better coordination across various settings and providers for the benefit of patients,” said Marcus Hampers, MD, President, and CEO of ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care.
As part of the affiliation, ClearChoiceMD will operate a new urgent care center on Main Street in Nashua as early as this fall. Residents and visitors to the area will have access to the new clinic, which will offer on-demand treatment for non-life-threatening medical needs, including on-site laboratory services, X-rays, and occupational health services. ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care will be able to seamlessly refer patients to St. Joseph Hospital’s extensive network of specialty care as well as primary care providers, if needed.
